Ali Rain Roberts

Ali was born an introspective and ultra-reflective soul in a year that firmly classifies her as a Millennial.

She grew up in Small Town Suburbia, Wisconsin, USA, and graduated as a Badger at UW-Madison with an assortment of majors and minors.

From there, she spent nearly a year in Taiwan (and gallivanting around Southeast Asia) before settling in England. More than a decade has passed in the UK, yet her accent remains unmistakably Midwestern.

Ali always has a pen (or five) on her person, which is very much a ‘dog person,’ and she likes to dance. She’s also learning ukulele, because why not?

Her current motto is: ‘Becoming more of my best self and less bothered.’

Ali started Love Letter Initiative in 2025, filming her letters as videos and planting printed versions in the wild.
